Ingredients

8 large Texas size frozen dinner rolls, thawed
4 cups coarsely chopped Gold'n Plump® Deli Rotisserie Chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
1/4 cup golden raisins
3 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse cracked pepper
1 slightly beaten egg

Instructions

Thaw dinner rolls as directed on package. Flatten each roll into a 4-1/2-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Heat oven to 350ºF.

Meanwhile, stir together all ingredients except egg, in a medium bowl. Spoon about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture onto the center of the flattened rolls. Lightly brush edges of dough with water. Bring edges to the center and shape into a ball, sealing in chicken mixture. Place seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each roll with beaten egg.

Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.

Tips

One Gold'n Plump Deli Rotisserie Chicken yields about 4 cups shredded, sliced, or coarsely chopped chicken, skin and bones removed.

If you choose to use original flavored rotisserie chicken instead of lemon pepper, add 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning to chicken mixture.
