Italian-Seasoned Ground Chicken Recipe Starter (Single Recipe)
Season up one or two packages of fresh ground chicken ahead of dinnertime to use in the following two terrific dinner solutions.
2 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 pound Gold'n PlumpĀ® Ground Chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Stir together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, onion salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the chicken and celery; stir until well blended.
