Buffalo Chicken Burger

Serve these spicy burgers, filled with the flavors of Buffalo wings, with crisp celery and carrot sticks.

Ingredients 

3 (1/3 pound each) Gold'n PlumpĀ® Chicken Patties, Original Flavor
1/3 cup hot wing sauce
3 soft burger buns, halved horizontally
3 iceberg or butter lettuce leaves
3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Ranch dressing, if desired

Instructions 

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place burgers on greased grill rack; cook about 7 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in center. Brush patties with sauce during last few minutes of cooking.

Place buns, cut side down, around edge of grill during the last 4 minutes of cooking.

To assemble, layer bottom halves of buns with lettuce, chicken patties, and cheese. Top with second half of buns. Serve with ranch dressing.
