Sweet & Tangy Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients 

3 to 4 (1 pound) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup real maple syrup
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions 

Heat broiler to high heat; adjust top oven rack to highest setting.

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; thread onto metal or bamboo skewers. Season with garlic salt.

Mix vinegar, maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Broil skewers for about 8 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Start brushing with sauce during last 4 minutes of cooking. Bring any remaining sauce to a boil in a small saucepan or glass measuring cup before serving with kabobs.
