Wild Rice Chicken Bisque

Ingredients 

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
3 to 4 (1 pound) Gold'n PlumpĀ® Boneless Skinless Breasts
2 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups half and half
1 package (9 ounces) steamed broccoli cuts
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions 

Cook, stirring occasionally,Ā onion in butter in a large saucepan. Add flour, stirring until bubbly; gradually stir in broth.

Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
