Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 to 4 (1 pound) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 cup bottled ranch-style salad dressing
1 cup coarsely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
2 green onions (both white and green parts), finely chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate to cool. Cut into 1/2-inch squares.

Unroll pizza dough and press into a 14” x 10” rectangle on the baking sheet.

Bake for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spread dressing on partially baked crust. Add layers of mozzarella cheese, chicken, tomato, and green onions. Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
